Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
English Mastery Hub — EMH SOLUTIONS LIMITED
Last updated: 23 September 2026
These Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions apply to individuals and organisations participating in the English Mastery Hub Affiliate Programme (“Affiliate Programme”). They form an additional part of our website Terms & Conditions.
By applying for or participating in the Affiliate Programme, you agree to these terms.
1. Affiliate Registration and Approval
Registration for the Affiliate Programme is free.
Applicants must provide accurate information during registration. English Mastery Hub (“EMH”) reserves the right to review and approve or reject applications based on legitimate business, compliance or programme-integrity considerations.
Approval is required before an applicant can participate as an authorised affiliate.
Affiliates are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and their login credentials secure.
2. Affiliate Commission
Approved affiliates may earn 25% commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate referral links.
Commission is calculated on the qualifying purchase amount after applicable discounts and excluding taxes, shipping charges and refunded amounts.
Commission is payable on the initial qualifying subscription purchase only. Subscription renewals do not generate additional commission.
Affiliates do not earn ongoing or lifetime commission from customers they previously referred.
No commission is payable merely for generating website visits, account registrations or enquiries. A qualifying purchase must be completed.
3. Referral Tracking and Attribution
Each approved affiliate receives a unique referral link.
EMH uses referral tracking to attribute qualifying purchases to affiliates. The standard referral tracking period is 30 days, subject to applicable cookie consent requirements and technical limitations.
Where a visitor uses referral links belonging to more than one affiliate, the most recent valid affiliate referral will normally receive credit.
Commission is payable only where the purchase is successfully attributed to the affiliate through EMH’s tracking system.
EMH cannot guarantee attribution where tracking is prevented by browser settings, declined cookie consent, ad blockers, deleted cookies or other technical limitations.
4. Valid and Invalid Commissions
A commission is considered valid only after the associated purchase has been successfully completed and verified.
EMH may reject, withhold or reverse commissions relating to:
- Refunded, cancelled or charged-back purchases.
- Fraudulent transactions or artificial referrals.
- Purchases made by affiliates through their own referral links.
- Duplicate or incorrectly attributed referrals.
- Transactions generated through prohibited promotional methods.
Where a commission has already been paid and the associated transaction is subsequently refunded or charged back, EMH may recover or offset the affected commission against future amounts payable, where lawful.
5. Affiliate Payments
Commissions are paid in British pounds sterling (GBP) using a payment method supported and approved by EMH.
Approved affiliate commissions are normally paid monthly, between the 15th and 25th of the following month, subject to a minimum payout threshold of £50.
For example, eligible commissions earned during September will normally be paid between 15 and 25 October.
Affiliates do not need to request withdrawals. EMH reviews and processes eligible affiliate payments according to its monthly payment schedule.
Where an affiliate’s eligible unpaid commission balance is below £20, the balance will be carried forward to the following payment period until the minimum payout threshold is reached.
Commissions may be held for verification until the applicable refund or chargeback review period has passed.
Where a payment cannot be completed due to missing or incorrect payment information, or where further verification is reasonably required, payment may be delayed until the issue is resolved.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to their affiliate earnings.
6. Permitted Promotional Activities
Affiliates may promote English Mastery Hub through their websites, blogs, social media accounts, YouTube channels, newsletters and other lawful promotional channels.
Affiliates must present EMH, its courses, teachers, prices and services accurately.
Affiliates must not:
- Make false, exaggerated or misleading claims about learning outcomes, qualifications, course availability or guaranteed results.
- Send unsolicited marketing messages or engage in spam.
- Impersonate EMH, its employees or its representatives.
- Suggest that they are officially employed by EMH unless separately authorised.
- Use fraudulent clicks, artificial purchases or other methods intended to manipulate referral tracking.
- Register domains or social media accounts that misleadingly impersonate EMH.
- Use EMH trademarks, logos or other materials in a misleading or unauthorised manner.
Affiliates may use promotional materials made available through their affiliate dashboard, subject to these terms.
7. Advertising Disclosure and Legal Compliance
Affiliates must clearly disclose their commercial relationship with EMH when promoting products or services through affiliate links.
Where applicable, affiliate content must be clearly identifiable as advertising, for example through a prominent “Ad” or “Advertisement” label.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with applicable advertising, privacy, electronic marketing and consumer protection requirements.
Affiliates must not send marketing emails or messages unless they have the permissions and lawful basis required for those communications.
8. Affiliate Relationship
Participation in the Affiliate Programme does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between the affiliate and EMH.
Affiliates act independently and are responsible for their own promotional activities and associated expenses.
Affiliates have no authority to enter into contracts, make commitments or provide guarantees on behalf of EMH.
9. Changes to the Affiliate Programme
EMH may update the Affiliate Programme, including its commission rates, tracking arrangements, eligible transactions and programme rules.
Where practicable, material changes will be communicated to participating affiliates in advance.
Changes to commission rates will apply prospectively and will not retrospectively reduce valid commissions already earned under the applicable terms.
10. Suspension and Termination
Affiliates may stop participating in the Affiliate Programme at any time.
EMH may suspend or terminate an affiliate account where there is a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of the programme or another legitimate business or compliance reason.
Termination does not automatically cancel valid commissions earned before termination. Such commissions remain subject to the verification, refund and payment conditions set out above.
11. Privacy and Referral Tracking
EMH processes affiliate account information, referral data and payment information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Referral tracking may involve cookies or similar technologies. Further information is provided in our Cookie Policy.
12. Contact
Questions about the Affiliate Programme, commissions or payments should be directed to English Mastery Hub through the contact details published on our website.
